This English privacy policy is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version is legally binding.

Protecting your personal data is a particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, German Federal Data Protection Act). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, Hanauer Landstraße 291a, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (server location: EU). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contact details, names and website access data.

The host is used in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded with the host.

4. Contact form and email contact

If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To process your enquiry, we use an internal enquiry-management system in which the data submitted via the contact form is stored and processed. The system is operated by the service providers Vercel Inc. (USA) and Supabase (server location: EU); data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are in place with these providers. Where data is transferred to the USA, this takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:

• browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL
• host name of the accessing computer
• time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The server log files are stored only for a limited period and then automatically deleted.

7. No cookies / no tracking / local fonts

This website uses no tracking cookies, no Google Analytics and no other analytics or marketing services. Only technically necessary data required for the operation of the website is processed. The fonts used are embedded locally on our server; when you visit this website, no connection is established to servers of Google or other font providers.

8. Validity and changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid and dated July 2026. As our website evolves, or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to update this privacy policy.
